A dark stallion with an authority complex, Thunder much prefers the company of kids than adults. Kids at least treat Thunder like a friend whereas adults just want him to work for free! Luckily, once you dig beneath the tough exterior, this handsome lad has a heart of gold & adores nuzzling & snorting into your shoulder.
Before being rescued by the Nana Huchy farm, Thunder was sent to work on a prestigious racehorse Stud Farm in NSW, but despite the farm owner’s best efforts, Thunder refused to work without pay (and no, carrots don’t count as a salary!). With the strong-willed Black Beauty & the Silver Brumby as his idols, Thunder likes to think of himself as a rebel with a cause – namely, animal rights!
